Local Authority
We provide a metal recycling service to public amenity sites for Local Authorities and Waste contractors. For example we provide large skips for general scrap metal collections. We can also collect loose loads of material from amenity sites using our trucks which are fitted with crane mounted grabs.
Every load is weighed on our certified weighbridge and weigh dockets are forwarded to the customer. All collections are carried out in accordance with the conditions of our Waste Collection Permits.
Farms
We have specialised in farm scrap for many years. If you have old or unwanted machinery lying around your yard, we can help you turn it into cash. You can bring the scrap to us or for large amounts; we can arrange for collection by our trucks. The grabs on our truck mounted cranes are capable of lifting most farm yard scrap. For larger pieces, we can supply a team of oxy-propane cutting torch operatives to cut your scrap on site prior to removal.
If you are a member of the Rural Environment Protection Scheme (REPS), we can help ensure that your yard and farm is free of old machinery and that you are compliant with the rules of the REPS scheme.
